When you have a new subscription I believe there should be a letter sent confirming the subscription and informing the individual when the first issue will arrive. I was clueless until my April issue arrived last week

Product : Unfortunately, I am unable to read The Week easily as the print is too small for my 79 year-old eyesight. I am going to have to cancel my subscription.
