Service rating : Good communication with myself, product arrived before publication date as stated in publicity
Product : I read several publications before discovering Bikes Etc. but decided this would become my regular magazine because it is informative and gives me the advice I require to enhance my cycling experience.

Service rating : Good & prompt delivery
Product : I like to see the style of alloy wheels on all the cars featured in the magazine BUT, almost every photo in the magazine shows the car moving, so the wheels are almost always blurred. Why-oh-Why can you not photograph the cars when they are stationary? This would also save money and make life so much easier for your photographers!
MY only other comment is on the Consumer News or Watchdog pages: this 2-page section used to feature 3 or 4 stories from members of the public and their car problems, often resolved with your assistance. These tales were always very interesting, and the outcomes very useful knowledge for other car buyers. But, now, it rarely features more than one story, but often has a weak editorial about a related matter which is frequently mind-numbingly dull!

Service rating : faultless
Product : best mag ever

Service rating : The mag comes in the post as promised
Product : I'd like to see more reports / reviews of new or newly discovered or newly recommendable Web sites. Otherwise, in most issues, the mag's content balance is about right. But the editors should remember that how-to and similar info that applies only to Windows 10 is of immediate interest to only a (proportionally) small number of users.

Service rating : Informative
Product : I think it is excellent - very little time for daily papers but used as a good overall view of the week.
