Service rating : At the moment I can only say that I have received My first copy of Computer Active and the free tool kit as promised, thank you very much
Product : Computer Active is very good and I have been reading it for a while so thought I would have it delivered, I did write in to you but not sure what happened to it because you say that you cant answer all of them, but if someone would like to get in touch with me I will try and explain it again.

Product : Although Computersctive is an excellent publication I will no longer be buying it as I prefer to still use Windows 7 OS and as the magazine is predominately targeting Windows 10. It is no longer of interest to me.

Service rating : Reasonable response to emails, no response to Twitter. Can improve.
Product : Still the best content in the motoring world but the iPad version has issues: why would the free website have content before the paid-for electronic edition? why can't we just get the whole magazine at once, since all the copy is complete already?
