Service rating : I was offered a free trial. After which I had to cancel, as I found myself having not enough time to read the renowned magazine (I also have a subscription to The Economist, along with 2 young children!). I was offered another free trial some weeks later - this was particularly surprising, but shows great service.
Product : As above, haven't had time to make good use of the magazines, sadly.

A good publication, however, I tried to cancel my subscription but they continued to send several further issues and to take the debit. When I queried this they claimed they hadn't received my cancellation and refused to refund me. Even after having to chase them to answer my complaint email, I am still being told it's basically my hard luck.

Great customer service - not.

Service rating : Excellent service from AE subs dept,no hassle set and had my first issue the following week. My free gift came just as soon after. Receive my weekly copy on the dot every Wed!
